• Order details, including the delivery address you enter at checkout.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, needed to keep the service secure.

How we use it

To run your account, store and display your cards, process and deliver orders, send service emails such as verification and receipts, and to prevent abuse of the service.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of providers to operate the service:

• Stripe — payment processing and delivery addresses.
• Cloudflare — image storage and delivery.
• Resend — sending account and order emails.
• Google — optional sign-in, and AI image generation.
• MongoDB Atlas — database hosting.

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use them for advertising.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its contents. Email contact@createpokecard.com.

Retention

We keep your account data while your account is open. Order records are kept longer where required for accounting and tax purposes.
