Who we are

CreatePokeCard.com is an online tool for designing custom trading cards and ordering printed copies of them. Contact us at contact@createpokecard.com.

This service is independent and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Nintendo or The Pokémon Company. Cards you create are personal, fan-made items.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of images you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them, and you give us permission to store and reproduce them for the purpose of providing the service and printing your order. We may remove content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

Credits, payments and printing

AI generation uses credits, which are purchased in advance and are consumed when a generation runs. Printed cards are charged per item plus shipping at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may change over time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised version.
