Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat $3.99 per order, to every region we ship to. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Cards are printed to order. Printing takes a few working days, after which your order is dispatched. Delivery time then depends on your location.

Tracking

We will email you when your order is dispatched. If tracking is available for your order, the details will be included in that email.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your cards arrive damaged, or are not what you ordered, contact us at contact@createpokecard.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a reprint or a refund.

Custom and personalised items

Because every card is printed to your own design, orders cannot generally be returned once printing has started unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will help if printing has not begun.

Credits

Credits used for AI generation are consumed at the point of generation. If a generation fails, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically.
